A wonderful plugin that helps you run a blog farm with a signup wizard. Will look forward to more options like copying "blog defaults" and an option to choose a plan/package.

WordPress.org has been missing a plugin for site creation by registered users from the front end in easy steps. WordPress.com has a 6-step site creation wizard – https://wordpress.com/start/website/survey-user/en. This plugin does something similar and gives the network admin a lot of control over each step. I have been using this plugin since the beginning and it has gone through a lot of updates to make it more stable and reliable for large multisite installations.

Site Setup Wizard was originally created for New York University's Web Publishing service and so far has been used to create 4500+ sites. It is now available for anyone to take advantage of by allowing their multisite users to create new sites in an organized way.
